Quality Inspection
We have professional quality checkers who has more than 10 years experience in kayak product line. Every kayak will be tested in the sailing water for one some hours before packing,
to test the hull of kayak whether will leak, the screws and rivets of kayak whether will be rusty, the hatch whether will leak. Every kayak from our factory never have quality problem, and we also state in here that if the kayak have quality problem,we will compesate double values.
Usually,kayak will be packed in one bubble bag+ one carton sheet+ one plastic bag , if have any other requirement, pls contact us,we can meet.
In order to save space, and make full use of the container,we advise customer that the backrest,paddle,rod holder,lifevest, and other kayak accessories will be packed in kayak. If necessories, you can order more kayak carts and kayak roof racks to fill in the space left. So that you will reduce the cost of this importing business.
Borong Kayak factory are roto-moulded(rotationally moundled). In this process, the finest linear, medium density polyethylene powder is poured into the Kayak Mould which is then put into a large oven and rotated until the powder has melted and formed the Kayak. Once cooled the Kayak is fitted with accessories and inspected carefully. The end-product is a lightweight and very durale Kayak with no seams.

MOQ
Normally,our MOQ is one 20ft container. But if have some difficulties, LCL is also can be acceptable.
Delivery time
1-2 days for sample order; 5-10 days for a 20ft container; 15-20 days for a 40hq contianer.
Can I buy some different kayaks model in one container?
Of course,you can, pls choose kayak items you interested,and ask us for kayak capacity.
Payment method
LCL, full payment by T/T or West Union before shipping.
FCL, 30% deposit T/T in advance, 70% balance will be paid after showing you the copy of B/L.
