2016 Cheap PP material polypropylene 3d printing
Lenticular cards are more and more popular for its amazing effects. You can choose dynamic effect or three-dimensional effect. Most of them are use as playing cards, posters, and products instructions.
The frond side of lenticular cards is made from Soft PVC 3D , it used for customised PVC soft 3D sewing onto cloth or bag .
You can have 5 different changing effects on one card.
Features:
1) Lenticular material available: soft PVC , therefore, strong PET material is available for some 3D card .
2) Lenticular cards laminated with paper, OPP film, adhesive paper or magnet on back, or lenticular cards without backing.
3) Size and colors and artwork of Lenticular cards are customized.
4) Effects of images available: 3D, 3D depth, flips, animation, zoom, morph, and its combined effects.
5) Packing: according to your requirements.
6) Price Item: price upon the crafts requirement. we can accept FOB/CIF/CFR price,
Payment item: pay by T/T or Western Union.30%deposit of the total payment before bulk production.70% before send out the goods. (We will take photos or show you the goods by video after finish the goods to make sure quality and quantity are not an issue to stop our business relationship.

1, Producing room
Toptime has our own factory which the area is 30,000 M2, our producing rooms are all dust proof and antistatic, 24hours CCTV.
2, Advanced machines
(1) Printer: we own 3 sets of Heidelberg 4 colors printer, 4 sets of Heidelberg 2 colors printer, 1 set of
Man Roland 6+1 printer, also we now use advanced CTP machine to make sure of the printing quality

(2) Password inkjet machine: We own 15 sets of password inkjet machine, these machines are high speed
and automation, every inkjet machine has machine vision to check the password and series number, if
they do not fit the database, the card will reject and the software will record the series number, in order that we can add the mistake cards. The producing ability of the inkjet number work stage is 1.5 Million per day.
(3) Automation packaging machine: we own 5 sets of automation packaging machine, on these machines, there are also cameras there to recheck the series number correct or not. The speed of each machine is 20,000pcs/h.
3, High quality plastic card processing control
All of our products have to pass 3 steps of QC, first step—check the cardboard quality, second step—check the numbers, final step---spot check before packaging. This kind of QC control make our products to be zero mistake.
4, Waste plastic card control
All of our waste cards will be crushed in our factory and will not let one waste cards go out of our factory.
5, Safe and clean warehouse
We own our own safe and clean warehouse to make sure that our products to be saft.
