These Usumaru (thin rounded vessels) come in 160ml, 250ml, 350ml, and 500ml varieties.
All come with safety features, described below.
Once the lid is closed, it cannot be opened again unless the clasps marked with this symbol
are pulled off. This acts as a safety seal and prevents unwanted opening.
This groove helps release fermentative gas released by food products.
*Not recommended for liquid products, as they may run the risk of leaking.
