Materials Description of amusement park equipment
Plastic parts |
Plastic parts of our products are manufactured by rotational moulding of LLDPE imported from Samsung corporation in South Korea.Colorful,anti-uv,anti-fade,environmental. And the wall thickness of the plastic parts are above 8mm. |
Main Colums |
All the main columns are made of galvanized steel pipes with removing rust technology, 114mm diameter, and 2.2mm thickness.High strength, smooth surface and good lustre. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001. |
Platform and ladder |
They adopt cold plate molding process,anti-rust treatment, 2.2mm thick,then coated with software buffer layer on the surface to ensure the product more safety and weather resistance. diameter of holes is 6mm on plateform. The quality and technical standard are conforming to the European EN1176 standard. |
Other Metal Parts |
All the metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm and wall thickness of 2.2mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001. |
Fittings |
All the metal fittings are made of high strength aluminium alloy of one-time cast forming. They adopt casting aluminum alloy parts and do double spraying treatment,making it beautiful ,durable, antirust and color lasting forever |
Ropes and Nets |
The ropes and nets are imported high quality sailing ropes with diameter of 14mm & 16mm, containing an internal of high strength galvanized steel wire. |

1.Is the playground health for children?
Yes ,we use LLDPE, non-toxic, When they touch the outdoor toys playground ,play on the slides ,They are also health for children.
2.Is it safe for children playing or some safety notice?
Our playground is designed with TUV standard, so the structure and design is safe for children.But it also need pay attention to the below.
1.Don’t crowd at playground, don’t push other kids.Little kids should play it with an adult.
2.When the baby is on the jungle gym, slide, seesaw, swings and other play activities facilities, They can not push others and slapstick.
3.In accordance to normal operating procedures to activities, such as sliding slide, feet is toward the decline, don’t throw over from the outside of the outdoor playground railing . Don’t stand on the swing.
4. Move away baby’s bike, backpacks and other items from around the playground equipment , to avoid the baby tripping over.
5. If the playground equipment is wet, pls don’t let baby play on them, because wet surface is very slippery.
6.When the baby are playing in the venue, do not wear a belt with a string or tether clothes. String, backpack, is easy to hung on equipment, that’s dangerous.
