Cooling Rack Trolley for various sizes Tray and Pans. The Rack Trolley made by #304 Stainless Steel material that can use for Rotary Oven and Retarder Proofer. The moving wheels are Heat-Resist and heavy-duty wheels. The Square tubular frame is 25 x 25 mm. 4 swivelling wheels Ø 125 mm (2 with brake), zinc or polyamid coating, with rubber bumper AISI 304 stainless steel 15/10ths thickness, assembled with weld beads for high resistance (no front and rear stops)
