thread is loose then tight.The pressure of barrel will be stronger to cook and shape the raw 

material. The extruded speed is digital controlled.

3.Heating and cooling system:There are some heating ring and cooling water jacket outside 

of the barrel.Thermocouple measure the barrel temperature all the time,the heat or cool the 

barrel automatically.

4.Vacuum system: Follow the Europe and America technology,adopt special vacuum 

pump draw out the air inside the barrel.This technology will avoid the bubble inside the 

pasta product,make the pasta glossy and chewy.

5.Cutting system:1.1KW motor drive the knife block with the knife,then cut the pasta out of 

the mould into various shapes.The cutting speed is digital controlled.

 The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12 to18%. With the 

dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 8% and this is easy to be storage for
