UHMWPE Light Beacon
With the development of navigation,the density of ships in the navigation channel gets larger.Therefore,the requirements to the safety of light beacons,lowering the maintenance,no mechanical execution,reducing the working time,and protecting the environment are higher and higher.
With the characteristcis of maintenance-free,high strength ,long life,anti-corrosion,anti-typoon,higher safety,machinery construction free,etc,our UHMWPE light beacon has been granted utility model patent(the patent NO.200920029142.5:200920030913.2)
The light beacon mainly consists of pillar,platform,guardrail,access ladder,which all use UHMWPE material.
- Maintenance-free:the light beacon is installed at one time,no need to paint and maintain in a long time(Excl.lamp).The traditional light beacon usually could not work due to the sea water corrosion,however,the base of UHMWPE light beacon completely solve the problem.
- No need mechanical execution:the length per node is 0.5-0.75m,the weight per node is 30-50kg,so it is easy and convenient to transport,and no need machinery to install.
- Anti typoon:anti wind strength of light beacon body850kg/sqm,the pillar height is 5800KJ/sqm(the radial deformation3%),with powrerful flexibility (elongation350%) and hardness(rockwell hardness40)
- Long Life:The service life of light beacon reaches more than 50years.
- 316L marine grade stainless steel bolts are used at each connection, so the connetion is firm,and it is easy to install.
- The diameter of pillar is 800-1200mm,height is from 4500mm to 11000mm.
- The colour is material’s colour, imported Germany paint is used. The sunproof reaches 8 grade,there will no fade in 20 yaers.
