Shandong Buoy & Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. is a technology leader specializing in research and manufacturing of UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polythene) products for more than 10 years, innovating in production of marine equipement and UHMWPe pipes.
We have two workshops for UHMWPE buoys, light house and UHMWPE pipes (23 production lines) covering an area of 100,000 square meters.

China Dredging Association (CHIDA), China Institute of Navigation (CIN) and International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA).
Introduction of Material:
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a kind of engineering thermoplastics with more than 3 million viscosity-average molecular weight. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has superior performance over conventional HDPE pipe such as very high wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent resistance to internal pressure strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, intrinsically self-lubricating, non-scaling, anti-adhesion, low temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance.
Our raw material of UHMWPE is totally virgin material with supplier of Celanease, Sino Petrol and Shanghai Chemical reseach, etc.

UHMWPE Light House Properties:
1. Maintenance-free: the light house is installed at one time, no need to paint maintenance in a long time. The light house usually could not work due to the sea water corrosion, however, the base of light house completely solve the problem.
2. No need machinery to install: the length per piece is 750mm, the weight per piece is 45kg. It is easy and convenient to transport, no need machinery to install.
3. Anti-12 level typoon: anti wind strength of light house body is 850kg/sqm, the pillar height is 5800KJ/sqm( the radial deformation 3% ,with powerful flexibility(elongation 350% and hardness(rockwell hardness 40); the tensile strength of each bolt is 20t
4. Long Life: the working life of pillar and platform is as higher as 15 times of steel under the same working condition.
5. 316L stainless steel bolts are used at each connection, so the connection is firm, and it is easy to install.
6. the length per node is 750mm, weight per node is 45kg, so it is convenient to transport and handle at the working sites
7.the diameter of pillar is 800mm, the delomorphous area is large.
8. the color is materials color, imported Germany paint is used. The sunproof reaches 8 grade, there will no fade in 15 years.
