Characteristics of UHM Polymer LightHouse:
1.Maintenance Free:
Maintenance free for first 10 years of service life.
2.Machine Free Installation:
UHMWPE light beacons are composed of individual short structural sections with length of 0.5m-1.0m and weight of 30 to 153kg each. These are easy and convenient to transport and can be installed without machining or welding on site by simply stacking.
3.Typhoon Resistant:
UHMWPE light beacons can resist grade 17 typhoons(windspeed of 60m/s); the pillar ring stiffness is 5800KJ/m2(with radial deflection of<3%). Further, it has good flexibility with enlongation at break being greater than 350%. The material hardness is tested as 40 HR.
4.Long Service Life:
Light Beacons designed for long service life, more than 30 years.
5.Strong and Convenient Connection:
All parts are connected by 316L stainless steel and 316L Bolts.
6.Application Environment:
Wharfs, reefs, river mouths, dams, bridges, etc.
