UHMW Pipe Sleeve Properties:
1. Wear Resistance: the UHMW pipe is 4-6 times wear resistant than steel pipes and 3 times of HDPE pipes. When the internal steel pipes are rotating , the UHMWPE pipes will be much wear resisstant.
2. Corrosive Resistance: with chemical stability, the UHMW pipe is anti-corrosion in the sea water.
3. Excellent Resilience: with high toughness and elongation of no less than 350%, the UHMWPE pipe can absorb the collison from the ship and could be rebounded to the original shape quickly, which will helpfully to protect the steel pipes inside and will not crack the ship.
4. The UHMW pipe can be made according to customer requirements, OEM service is available. Our UHMW pipe sleeves have been used for the projects in Alabama state and New Orleans in USA.
