CHARACTERISTIC OF UHMWPE pipe CONVEYOR ROLLER
1. with good self-lubrication and non-adhesion, the surface of UHMWPE conveyor rollers could not adhere and stack materials
2. With lower friction factor, extremely lower than steel pipes, UHMWPE roller could revolve more smooth and flexible.
3.Longer service life: the wear resistance of UHMWPE material is 7 times higher than steel pipes, and 3 times higher than Nylon, so the UHMWPE is called “King of Wear Resistance”. With good impact resistance, UHMWPE conveyor roller is hard to be crashed, or damaged. Therefore, the Service life of UHMWPE conveyor roller is 3 to 5 times longer than steel rollers.
4.Increase the service life of belt: with non-adhesion, non-rusty, self-lubrication, UHMWPE conveyor roller is more protective to belts. Furthermore, bite belting will not occur to UHMWPE rollers, even if the roller could not turn, it will not damage the belts.
5. Lower costs, obvious good economic efficiency. With light weight (1/3-1/2 of steel rollers of the same specification), the UHMWPE roller is easy to install or change, which decrease the labor intensity and maintenance, meanwhile, it could save about 16% of electricity power.
6. Lower Noise. UHMWPE rollers could absorb impact force and have good damping, which could efficiently eliminate noise and shakes.
