Working principle
1 there are different holes in the cavity and a piston in the middle
2 the electromagnet with coil can attract the valve body through electric
3 the valve body can move by the electromagnet
4 the pressure of media can drive the piston and the piston can direct the stem
5 the valve stem can drive the mechanical movement to open or close the solenoid valve.
How to choose the solenoid valve
1 according to pipe, choose the normal dimension and the connector.
2 if the connector is less than DN50, choosing flange; it is more than DN50, choosing by customer request.
3 for corrosive media, the material should be anti corrosive and stainless steel; for edible fluid, choose the sanitary stainless steel.
4 to high temperature, select the solenoid valve with anti high temperature and electric material and the structure of valve should plug valve
5 the voltage specification should be AC220V/ DC24/DC12
6 on the basis of the working time the solenoid valve can be normal close, normal open and sustainable electrifying.
7 choose the solenoid valve according to pressure.
