Expendable Compound Sublance Probe
This product realized dynamic measurement of molten steel temperature, Oxygen content, Carbon content and AL content etc and sampling during large scale converter smelt. So it's important in improving molten steel quality, reducing consumption and controlling smelting time.
According to different compound function, we have Oxygen Compound Sublance Probe (TOS), Carbon Compound Sublance Probe (TCS), Oxygen-Carbon Compound Sublance Probe (TCOS) and Aluminum Compound Sublance Probe (TCOSL).
1. Sampling Size: φ 38*64.5mm/φ 30*60mm; Sampling shape: Flat oval double thickness steel sample
2. Temperature measuring:
Range: 1450~1750 degress Tolerance: ± 5 Measuring Time: <5s
3. Oxygen activity measuring:
Range: 100~1300ppm Tolerance: ± 10% Measuring Time: <8s
4. Carbon content measuring:
Range: When < 0.20%, 0.02%
When 0.20%~0.50%, 0.04%
When >0.50%, 0.06%
Measuring Time: <8s
5. Tube Length: 1500mm-2000mm
6. Packaging Details: 6 pieces/Carton
7. Storage Details: T < 40 degresss Relative humidity: < 75%RH
