What kind of design file formats we accept?
What kind of files will make your cards printing best?our graphic designer show you a formate.
Note:
1. All design files need vector before sending.
2. for CDR file,pls transfer the design to curve,so the fonts will not changed after we open.
3. Resolution:should be 300dpi or more
The size the design file we want
A.Standard credit card size dimension,the file must with bleeding,bleeding size is 3mm larger than real card size.
Such as the standard card,real card size is 85.5x54mm,design file must be 88.5x57mm,the 3mm just background color,but without texts.
B.We produce different sizes of plastic cards,all file you send should be with bleeding,bleeding size will be 3mm larger more than actural size.
1.Q:What's the MOQ?Can we place order less than MOQ?
A:MOQ for normal size standard card is 500pcs,but for chip card,staff image card & die-cut card,we accept less than MOQ.
2.Q:The price for 1000 x 3 designss is same as 3000pcs for 1 design?
A:No,if you have 3 designs,we need 3 printing plates,but 3000pcs for 1 design,it's just 1 price is higer.
3.Q:Can we get samples before mass production?Is it free?It's refundable after we place order?
A: 1)We can send our existing sample for you to check quality,customer will pay shipping cost.
2)Samples with customers design(4C/4C standard size card),sample cost will be US$65 per design,not includes shipping cost.
3)Die-cut shape with customer's design,or pantone printing,sample cost will be expensive,depends on shape and artworks.
4) Some sample cost can be deducted when place order,such as die-cut card tooling cost.or sample cost for large order quantity.please consult sales persons before placing order.
4.Q:Can you arrange shipments?What's the difference for all kinds of shipping methods?
A:1) Yes,we arrange most of shipments for customers.Includes shipping by sea,by air,by express to door.
2)By sea: good for large order quantity,or customer is not hurry to use the card.Shipping cost is very cheap
By air: fast shipping,customer need go to pick up parcels in air company warehouses.
By express:a fast and convenient way but most expensive,express companies delivery parcels to door.
5.Q:What kind of payment methods we accept?
A:We accept TT wire(bank transfer,our beneficiary bank is HSBC),Paypal,Western Union & Moneygram.But Paypal just for small amount below $500,or customer will pay extra 0.4% of pay service charge.
6.Q:Why sometime we can't get answer asap?
A: we live in different continent will have time difference,you can send us details by email. we will try to response with 8 hourse
