plenum pulse dust collector / bag filter used for cement plant
Bag filter is made up of shell, bucket, filtering device air inlet pipe, dumping device, and plenum-pulse system (including pulse valve, pipe, valve air source, air storage tank and etc. )
Bag filter is assembled with deashing electrical control device, normally adopting timing control device. If user likes fixed resistance control, he should make it clear when he places order, the cost of differential pressure, alarming meter and other meters should be counted independently.
According to user requirement to assembly dumping device.
User need to change filtering fabric to meet other special requirement. And if user wants to add heating system for cold district, he should make it clear when places orders.
According to different type, you can choose to delivery it in a whole, or delivery it in bulk, and user is in charge of foundation design.
We will provide equipment instruction and installation instruction of PPCA/S plenum-pulse bag type dust collector.
