The working principle of granulator:

Materials enter front end of rotary shell through feeding pipe (inclination of feeding pipe must be higher than natural angle of inclination of materials), a certain pressure water steam spraying from inlet steam pipe mounted at the front end of shell. Because spray nozzle for inlet steam pipe is located at the bottom of material and steam has a certain pressure, it keep  materials evenly obtaining some water content to granulate smaller particle ; Due to a certail inclination of shell, these small particle can continuously make movement as per circumference and the axes direction of shell under the effects of the gravity and the frictional force of the liners; During  movement, smaller particles will gradually granulate form a certain size paricles .
