About Product
Q1. Which product ranges your factory can produce?
Ans.: We have two products lines. One is for window drapery hardwares. We can prodce metal curtain rods from 1/2” to 1-1/4” in diameter (adjustble or non adjustable), wooden curtain rods from 1.5” Dia to 2.5” Dia, many kinds of decorative curtain rod finials making of resin, metal, glass, crystal, acrylic … curtain holdbacks/tiebacks, metal curtain rings and more decorative resin curtain rings, curtain brackets, shower curtain rods (spring curtain rods), alluminum alloy curtain tracks and so on.
The other line is for home accessories like candle holder, decorative resin figurines … and furniture lamps.
Q2. Is it possible to send me some samples so we can see the quality?
Ans.: Yes, 2-3 free existing designs of sample (2-3 styles, 1 of eah sample) can be available. But you have to pay for the air freight. Please provide your account no. with Fedex, UPS, or DHL …
Q3. We have our own designs. Can you make the samples for us?
Ans.: Of course no problem. Please send us your drawings, we can make the carving, tooling, and then finishing samples accoringly to your drawings. If without drawings, a sketch or even an idea can be ok.
Q4. I shall post you a new finial today and you will receive it in the next few days. It is antique and made from wood...very old wood...I want it to be done in resin. how do your customs and excise deal with this type of product?
Ans.: We will use your samples as master mold to make new tooling. The wood texture will be left in the tooling, so it can be duplicated almost exact same on our products. We are also a professional finish maker. Our experienced workers can duplicate the compilcated wood finish onto resin pieces.
Q5. What’s your MOQ?
Ans.: It depends on product materials and the tooling status... Here we can only provide a rough note for your reference. Resin finais: 100 -200 pairs; Resin tiebacks: 100-200 pairs; metal curtain rings: 1000pcs; metal curtain rod set: 200 sets; wooden curtain rods: 200pcs; shower curtain rods: 1000 sets …
Q6. Do you sell wood rings? What would be the MOQ for wood rings? I am thinking for my online business. The q’ty won’t be big.
Ans.: . Yes, we do. The q’ty must be at least 3000pcs. If you concern that they cannot be sold in short time and will stock too long. Here is a solution: you can order 3000pcs in 4-5 colors. That means that you just order about 600pcs per SKU. You won’t have any pressure for the q’ty. And different colors enrish your products and help to increase your sales.
