Candle Filter is a new type of system with high filter technology which is developed and manufactured by ourselves. It's suitable for filtering beer, wine, Chinese rice wine, various kinds of beverage and condiments. It fills in the gap in the filter sector in China.
The system consists of the pre-buffer tank system, kieselguhr dosing system, main filter system and after-buffer tank system. The filter element is candle cartridge. A fine filter is connected to the candle filter in order to improve the quality and luster of beer and to prolong the preservation term of beer.
The system is full automatically controlled by PLC and operated on a touchable screen. The candle cartridges are rinsed on the opposite direction, which is convenient and reliable with good results.
