Structural characteristic

1. Adapts spring force mould sealing technology, it can effectively prevent the splith of the material in casting process and improve the brake pads quality.
2. Mould which is located outside of the four pillars for manual operation ensure the safety of the operators.
3. Upper mould adapts automatic clamping device , it is easy to replace and the mould replacing time is within 5mins.
4. Upper mould adapts automatic mould agent releasing, reduce the operators working intensity.
5. Multi-station machines can be arranged in Line or in circular.

Control characteristic:

1. Adapts Simens PLC control system and with Industrial Ethernet interface
2. 12” industrial panel computer shows the real-time running state of multi station machines
3. 6’ touch screen shows the real-time running state of the single station machine
4. Mould heating system is separately controlled by single station. It adapts PID temperature control ensure the temperature tolerance inside the mould cavity is within plus and minus 3 degree centigrade.
5. Pressing pressure gets feed back from the high precision pressure sensor, it is real time control. And the main cylinder pressure can be accurately controlled within Plus and minus 0.3Mpa
6. Oil pump motor stops in pressure keeping process and the accumulator helps to keep the pressure so energy saved
