FBS7000: 1) Optimum the wear resistance and chipping resistance, used for high speed continous turning.
2) Suit for rough machining and semi-finishing of high-hardness alloy cast iron, high nickel chromium, high chrome iron and other materials. 3) Suit for rough machining and semi-finishing of gray cast iron and nodular cast iron.
FBS7500 1) Excellent wear resistance and heat resistance, used for high-speed continuous turning and milling
2) Suit for semi-finishing and finish machining of alloy cast iron, high nickel chromium, high chrome iron and other materials. 3) Suit for semi-finishing and finish machining of gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, and other materials.
FBS9000 1) Integrated excellent wear resistance, chipping resistance and generality, used for low-speed interrupted turning. 2) Suit for roughing of quenching workpieces, such as bearing steel, die steel, gauge steel, tool steel, high-speed steel and other materials.
FBS9500 1) Excellent wear resistance and heat resistance, uesd for hihg speed continuous turning and milling
2) Suit for semi-finishing and finishing of quenching workpieces, such as bearing steel, die steel, gauge steel, tool steel, high-speed steel and other materials.
FBS9600 1) Excellent wear resistance and heat resistance, used for super-speed continous turning and milling.
2) Suit for finishing anf super-finishing of quenching workpieces, such as bearing steel, die steel, gauge steel, tool steel, high-speed steel and other materials.
