High glossy dye sublimation transfer offset printing ink
FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink was designed for offset printing . It was used on all kinds offset printing machine such as single-color , dual-color and multi-color offset printing machine .Be adaptable to the demand for medium-speed or high-speed printing .
Strong Point of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink :
1) This sublimation ink is safe for the environment and has no harm to skin . It does not belong to corrosives, totally environmentally-friendly.
2) There is no accumulation of ink on the rolls and the number of machine washings is greatly reduced. Ink granula is less than 5um.
3) All colors are very intense and gives good coverage. Excellent color reproduction, with high printing performance and outcome. Strong dye degree and excellent transfer ability.
4) Have no skinning within 72 hours in ink-box and no crust in 15 days at normal temperature, save 20% ink when printing.
5) Good ink-water balance. Good sun-proof performance and high light fastness. Transferred pattern washable, no peeling, no fading and good weather resistance.
Use Method of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink :
1) The first part is very simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing . Precisely in the same manner, we offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using sublimation offset ink .
2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .
After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.
3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.
And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.
4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .

Sublimation offset printing color sequence
(1)According to the sublimation ink viscosity properly arrange color sequence is very important to ensure the superimposition effect, successively the printed ink viscosity has the greater difference, the better the superimposition effect. Less than 75% of the rate of superimposition on sheet-fed offset press is considered to be unacceptable. Conversely, if the last color of sublimation offset ink viscosity is stronger than the first color of ink viscosity, not only the last color of printing ink cannot be adhered to the first printing color film, it will strip away the first color of ink, called inverse the superimposition, so that printing can not continue.
(2)In addition to the sublimation ink viscosity, the thickness of it that the superimposition effect of the printing ink film has important influence, if the thickness of the printing ink film had a slight increase from one color group to another color group that the superimposition can be improved. The density of thermal transfer ink and the thickness of ink film have a certain relationship, usually with the increase of density, the thickness of the ink film is increase gradually. Many countries in the world have formulated the standard of the print density.According to the standard in China, in accordance with the printing order of black - cyan - magenta - yellow, the superimposition effect is good.
