Special customized Transfer printing sublimation ink
FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink was designed for offset printing . It was used on all kinds offset printing machine such as single-color , dual-color and multi-color offset printing machine .Be adaptable to the demand for medium-speed or high-speed printing .
Strong Point of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink :
1) This sublimation ink is safe for the environment and has no harm to skin . It does not belong to corrosives, totally environmentally-friendly.
2) There is no accumulation of ink on the rolls and the number of machine washings is greatly reduced. Ink granula is less than 5um.
3) All colors are very intense and gives good coverage. Excellent color reproduction, with high printing performance and outcome. Strong dye degree and excellent transfer ability.
4) Have no skinning within 72 hours in ink-box and no crust in 15 days at normal temperature, save 20% ink when printing.
5) Good ink-water balance. Good sun-proof performance and high light fastness. Transferred pattern washable, no peeling, no fading and good weather resistance.
Use Method of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink :
1) The first part is very simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing . Precisely in the same manner, we offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using sublimation offset ink .
2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .
After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.
3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.
And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.
4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .

The characteristics of the sublimation offset printing
(1)High production efficiency. Offset printing design is completed, making the PS plate is faster than other printing way, usually can be completed within an hour. And sublimation offset printing is currently the main model is a high-speed multi-color presses, general sheetfed multicolor machine speed is above 10000r / h, and rotary press even reach more than 20000r/h. In addition, a considerable part of the multi-color offset printing press has an infrared drying equipment, greatly improving the production efficiency.
(2)High printing quality. The quality of sublime offset printing with the development of offset printing machine manufacturing technology, printing digital processing technology matures, it reached a very high standard, printing of ornamental effect as much as color photographs and paintings, has obvious advantages in a variety of printing methods.
(3)Wide range of paper can be used. The types of offset printing paper can include almost all kinds of printing paper, mainly for the 70 grams of offset paper or coated paper.
(4)Flexible production, low cost. Offset printing plate making fast speed, more flexible production volume, low cost compared with other printing method.
(5)Restricted printing materials. Sublimation offset transfer ink for polyester effect is best, but for pure cotton, plastic, rubber and dark fabric can not play an advantage.
