Copper tungsten erosion wheels and copper tungsten erosion discs are also known as electrodes for erosion, or erosion electrodes. Thanks to very high melting point of tungsten, tungsten copper rotary electrodes have very long service life comparing to copper or graphite electrodes.

Application
1.Switch contacts, high voltage circuit breakers, medium voltage circuit breakers, air & oil immersed (SF6 circuit breakers)

5.Circular saw blades with PCD cutting edges are machined by using the erosion technique. We employs the advantages of tungsten copper rotary electrodes with high erosion rates and a guaranteed optimal surface finish at the PCD cutting edge.
The copper tungsten rotary electrode is positioned so that erosion is performed with the face of the cup wheel. The face of the electrode is used to achieve precise accuracy at the cutting edge with clearly defined angles – a major advantage for the cutting performance of the saw blade.
We have been supplying tungsten copper rotary electrodes for customers like Vollmer(Germany), Walter(Germany), Lach(Germany), Enokida(Japan) and other EDM machines.
