Material features:
1) Rattan, Called PE rattan, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
2) Cushion, the fabric they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of high density which ensures the durability.
3) Frame, our products are constructed with 1.2, 1.5and 1.8mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over.

Product Maintenance:
The product does not need special maintenance, and you don't have to be worried about the dust accumulation. Just lightly sweep the dust away with a broom anytime when you are free. If it is smeared, you can wipe it clean with a piece of wet cloth, and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth or better by blow drying. The cloth cover may be cleaned by dry cleaning or wet cleaning.
After using the product for a period, clean it with light salt brine. This process can realize the decontamination and enhance its flexibility for a long time, and is also effective in protecting it from being damaged by brittlement or by worms. Do not use the strong acid or alkali chemicals.
Do not put it near the strong fire hazard to prevent the cane material from fading, drying, distorting, bending, cracking, loosening and falling apart. Do not hit the furniture or scratch its surface by hard or sharp objects.
1. Question: What is the Minimum order?
Answer: Our MOQ is a container, at least 5 sets per item, a 40HQ can mix within 5 different items, and a 20GP can mix within 2 different items.
2. Questions: How long is the warranty of furniture?
Answer: Our warranty is 2 years for rattan and aluminum frame.
3. Question : How long is your delivery time ? Answer: 25or30 days after receiving T/T with 30% for the deposit as a container, also it depends on the type of order and model of furniture we have to make.
4. Question: Can I leave my cushions outside all year round?
Answer: Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.
