- How does the Pet cool mat work?
The Cool Mat works by absorbing and releasing heat to keep your pet cool.
The Cool Mat's materials changes from solid to liquid as it absorbs heat when in use, and this process can last up to 6-8 hours. When it is not in use, The Cool Mat will start releasing heat and become solid again, where you can use it to keep yourselves cool.
The optimum temperature for The Cool Mat to effectively release heat is 30 Centigrade or below, or if you want The Cool Mat to be extra cool, you can leave it in the fridge before use!
- What is the surface fabric and filling material?
Surface: PVC composite special fabrics (waterproof treatment)
Filling material: Phase Change Material
(It is white, like the snow in winter. The best Cooling Material in the world!)
- How long cooling effect will last?
In general, 6-8 hours. It also depend on the ambient temperature changes.
- Any preparatory steps needed before cooling will begin?
No need. Just store it in Cool and Shadow place before use!
Of course, If want to speed up the heat release process, or extra cooling is needed, the cool mat can be placed into refrigerator before use!
- How to clean?
It is waterproof. Wipe clean for easy maintenance.
- Packaging?
Usually, our normal packing is transparent polybag.
Color box or any other packing requirement is welcomed.
