Insulation Jacket/Blanket/Cover Description
Industrial insulation jacket/cover have three layers, with liner high-SI aluminum cloth, insulating layer ceramic or glass fiber, and the protection layer ceramic fiber with high temperature resistance paint coating, which is water, oil, acid and alkali proof. The standard thickness is about 25 to 30mm, temperature resistance more than 1000 cent degree.
Insulation jacket/cover is widely used in various sectors such as barrel heaters on injection molding machines, molds & dies,on injection/extrusion machine, as well as valves and
pipes, elbows, flanges, heat exchangers and the exhaust pipe of engines. It reduces heat transfer to consume less energy for machine working in requested temperature. It can help users to save 25% to 45% energy.
