The Danfoss NRV and NRVH check valves are optimized for use in liquid, suction and hot gas lines in commercial refrigeration to ensure correct flow direction. The NRVH valve is especially designed for plants where the compressors are connected in parallel. 

The check valves prevent back-condensation from warm to cold evaporator and the built-in dampening piston makes the valve suitable for installation in lines where pulsation can occur, e.g. in the discharge line from the compressor.

Solder versions are compliant with ATEX hazard zone 2.


Built-in damping piston that makes the valves suitable for installation in lines where pulsation can occur. e.g. in the discharge line from the compressor.


In refrigerationplants with compressors connected in parallel. it is advantageous to use NRVH. since the spring is stronger than in NRV.
