Application:
The product is suitable for single-core and three core, rated at 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15 kV, 12/20 kV, 26/36kV, with normal section from 25~800mm2, either XLPE cable and PVC cable, function as insulation, sealing and connection.
Feature:
Adopt the high elastic special high quality silicone rubber, the way of electric stress control is geometric. The electric stress control part will be produced by HTHP sulfide forming technology, the shape and size is even and reliable, the electrical property is stable. The insulation body and electric stress control part will be pre-molded as a entirety in factory. The characteristic are as below:
Good insulation property
Electrical erosion resistance,leakage resistance and uvioresistant
Ageing resistant and heat-resisting(-60°C-+200°C)
High elasticity, good waterproof and leakproofness property
Soft material, no hard fragment when accident happened
Draw out the plastic liner when installation, no need of fire and special tools
Remark: We can provide insulated joint to reduce the ring current on the metal sheath of single core cable
We can provide the water proof joint to suit the rainy and wet area.
