ENC3140is a broadcast-quality 4 channels H.264 SD encoder and HD/SD transcoder fully complying with DVB standard,with high reliability and advanced compress arithmetic.It utilizes leading-edge compression technology MPEG-4 AVC and a variety of audio coding algorithms.

  • Advanced MPEG-4 AVC 4:2:0(H.264) ASIC technologies which offer broadcast video quality, usually D1 1.5Mbps,720p(transcode) 2Mbps,1080i(transcode) 6Mbps for ultra-low bitrates
  • Audio and video synchronization adjustment
  • With 2 channels ASI input, support MPTS and SPTS input, after demultiplexing the input Mpeg-TS, it can realize up to 4 channels Mpeg-2 to H.264 transcoding
  • HD/SD transcoding resolution:480,576,720p, 1080i
  • SD encoding resplution:480,576
  • MPEG-1 Layer audio encoding
  • Both MPTS/SPTS MPEG- TS over IP output
