IPTV middleware
The IPTV Middleware is built on DIBSYS Business Server framework and interacts with user's devices
and software and also with elements of the IPTV cluster: billing system, conditional access system and
others.IPTV middleware is most important element of anIPTV headend. It connects all IPTV services with
IP set top boxes and provides graphical user interface for the latter.The server is not affected by
concurrency ,for example, 1000 CMS can realize 100 clients’ concurrency.
Content encryption(CAS/DRM)
Encrypts the content for transmission over unprotected channels. The content may be reproduced only by
the authorized users. By means of this system, the IPTV provider may control the clients' access to the
content, as well as the ensuing financial commitments.our system open to any thirdparty software
contronlling services of other types.

delivery workflow. The itranscoder simplistic intuitive interface guides users to set up a job that will take
a video file, ingest into itranscoder, transcode the video into multiple adaptive bitrate output files, protect all
files with our CAS, and deliver all video files through the web accelerated CDN global network. Firms
save CAPEX and OPEX with the itranscoder cloudbased pay as you go solution, not requiring owning
and operating of dedicated assets, receiving the CDN delivery service along with itranscoder.

Video on Demand server
Dibsys VOD is built on an industry- standard platform and supports over 100 concurrent streams
(1000 subscribers at normal VoD peak takeup rate) at typical MPEG2 compression rate of 4 Mb/s per
stream. Both unicast and multicast streaming modes are supported.
Live TV streaming
A TV channel received from a satellite or a broadcasting station is recorded on the server. On browsing
the recorded media content on IP set- top boxes, information about the TV program is displayed. This
information is provided to the system either manually or automatically from EPG. Browsing the recorded
TV programs can be done using the program start markers or by simply choosing an arbitrary date and
time.Only IPTV technology provides a user with a possibility to pause or rewind TV programs. Such service
is referred to as Time-Shifted TV.

Multi-channel professional FTA or encrypeted RF to TS output receiver and decoder with broadcast quality launched
by DIBSYS. The IRDs integrate demodulation(DVBC, T/T2, S/S2,ATSC and ISDBT optional), de-scrambler and multiplexing in one case.

Encoder can push /pull H.264,MPEG4 encoding video streams deliver to various servers, such as Adobe
Flash Server, Wowza Server, Windows Media Server, Apples HTTP Live Streaming, and some other servers
base on UDP/RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/RTP protocols.
uTranscoder
Transcoder allows transcoding from MPEG- 2 to H.264 or vice versa, changing picture resolution
, frame rate, etc. The output can be sent to the network as multicast (UDP) or unicast (HTTP progressive)
streams.
