Q: Can I get a samples?
A: Sure, usually we provide existing sample for checking quality,. There is a little sample charge for special designs. but sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes about 1-3 days. If you want to your own design, it takes about 5-7days, up to your designs details. We will try our best to finish asap.
Q: How about delivery times for production?
A: About 25-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, whcih can ensure fast delivery time even for large order.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs, but as to trail order, we accept lower quantity. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need. Sincerely hope you can place large order after check quanlity, and our freindship can be continued.
