Polyacrylamide is, simply called PAMS, a water- soluble high flocculant polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making, metallurgical, thickener agent in textile printing and coating,sugar refing and environment protection fields. There Anionic , Cationic and Non-ionic types.

Usually, Anionic and non-ionic type polyacrylamide can be used as thickeners for textile printing and coating.
It has good hygroscopicity, adsorbability, dispersibility, good film-forming property and size film smoothness, high strength low elasticity, good affinity to fiber, good miscibility with natural and synthetic paste slurry.
These properties and characteristics of polyacrylamide used as fabric after treatment can generate a submissive, anti-wrinkle and mouldproof protective layer. Polyacrylamide is generally used in yarn sizing agent and textile finishing agent.
