1. Overall
BC-700/1200A Plastic Vacuum Forming Machine is designed by the principle of mechanical-electrical-pneumatic integration. It adopts PLC control system, panel and digital power control. This full-automatic forming equipment for thermoforming plastic sheet includes feeding, heating; forming, cooling, mold ejecting, cutting at one blow. This machine has luxury configuration and gets reliable performance and handy operation. It is suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP, flocking sheet that can produce varieties of blister package and blister tray. For example: curatorial injection tray, oral liquid tray, mobile telephone tray, cookies tray, one-off tableware etc...

3.Key Features:
1. Width of forming can be adjusted freely on customers' request from 500 to 700mm.
2. Feeding the material by induction motor & feeding error within 4mm. Length set can be realized by programming on panel, expediently and precisely.
3. Shacking mold ejecting: 1--20 per second free adjustment, adjustable amplitude, upper mold second down, blown, insure products not to deform and easily mold ejecting.
4. Customers can choice combining mold (up to 18 combining specs) or fixed spec mold.
5. Machine is controlled by PLC system, with a 5.7 inches panel, handy manipulation. Second vacuum, vacuum advancing and upper mold second down are also available.
6. Advance feeding sheet can avoid over temperature of first feed, utilizing sheet efficiently.

Installation, Adjusting & Commissioning: The seller will for certain dispatch the technician to your country for installation, commissioning, adjusting the machine and training the workers in your plant. However the buyer should take on all costs required during our technician's stay in the buyer's country, round airplane tickets, accommodation, foods.
Guarantee terms:
We seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given twelve months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the round trip tickets and accommodation expenses for seller's technicians.
