HM-500 Injectable Cartridge Packed Anchoring Adhesive
- Made from modified epoxy resin, free from styrene and toxicity

Application Range
Used in anchoring of threaded rods, bolts, reinforcing bars and dowels into concrete base
Operation Process
Drill hole in accordance to industry regulations
Blow out the floating dust in the hole using gas reservoir first, then brush out the dust attached to the hole walls with brushes,
repeat many times, until the hole is completely clean
Install static mixer in the glue bottle, squeeze out the rubber compound without uniform mixing in the front part using the glue gun first,
and then inject glues into the hole;
Ensure the order of injecting glues from the hole bottom to the hole top, try not to mix into gas bubbles,
the rubber compound should fill over 2/3 depth of the hole;
The screwing of steel bar or screw: screw the steel bars or screws into the hole, and immediately twitch up and down
several times to ensure the glue evenly.
At normal temperature (25 °C), the curing time is 24 hours, the rod should not be touched during this period,
and it can bear immediately after curing.
Cautions
Drill holes in accordance with the required pore size and depth strictly
Clean the holes thoroughly
Inject the glue from the bottom, and pull out slowly;
Wait until complete curing before use
The construction workers of this product should take necessary productive measures (such as wearing masks, gloves, goggles)
notify fire prevention unit and maintain good ventilation on scene
If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, seek immediate medical help
Packaging/Storage/Transportation
- Thirty 390 ml cartridges packed in a carton.
- Each carton contains 10 nozzles
- Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place.
- Shelf life is 12 months only
- This product is non-toxic, belongs to non-dangerous category and can be transported as a general chemical building material.
