HM binder for epoxy mortar repairs is two-component epoxy product, used for anti-seismic reinforcement of many buildings.
1. Characteristics
1) Two-component bisphenol-A type modified epoxy resin, have superior strong adhesion and excellent synthetic mechanical properties.
2) Excellent anti-aging, shock resistance properties and high shear rate in self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of steel and concrete.
3) Non-hydrophilic product,waterproof, anti-corrosion, pollution-free.
4) Cure at room temperature, construct in wide temperature range, no precipitation, simple construction, good process performance.
5) Good acid-alkali resistance and aging resistance properties, low moisture sensitivity.
6) Suitable for almost all building substrates.
2. Application
1) The reinforcement of all kinds of building structures, and other reinforcement of wall floor, beams, columns by bonding steel.
2) Various types of anchorage of water conservancy facilities, piers, highways, bridges and other projects.
3) The steel planting and anchor bolt anchoring of various building projects.
4) Steel and concrete paste, concrete and concrete, steel and steel plate bonding.
5) Curtain wall installation, marble, granite and tile veneer hollowing perfusion paste.
6) Bolts bonded fixed bridge bearing pads fixed base bed.
7) Bearing bolt grouting fixed and hanging objects.

4. Storage
1) This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and clean storehouse at ambient temperature -5 °C ~ 40 °C.
2) Not pile up in open air or rain, not damage the package, component A and B should be kept separate to avoid mixing.
3) Storage period is 12 months at room temperature (25 °C).
5. Transportation
1) This product does not belong to inflammable, explosive, toxic or dangerous goods, can transport by general transportation tools.
2) Should not damage the package, exposure, or rain, not tilt or invert in transportation.
