HM Carbon Fiber Adhesive includes carbon fiber primer HM-180, carbon fiber leveling adhesive HM-180CE, carbon fiber impregnated adhesive HM-180C3P.
HM-180CE Concrete Leveling Adhesive
good thixotropy, used for repair and leveling of reinforced component surface defects, the role is leveling of concrete surface defect, major damage, convexo-concave surface, and the corner, in order to paste carbon fiber, better to give play to the tensile strength of carbon fiber cloth.
l This product is epoxy fiber adhesive of high performance, can be used for the effective penetration bonding between many substrate materials such as concrete, steel material, ceramic, stone, wood component and many fiber fabrics such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, aramid fiber. It is mainly used for the strengthening and reinforcement of buildings.

Excellent Characteristics
1. Good compatibility with carbon fiber;
2. Strong penetration, can well infiltrate into the concrete surface;
3. Aging, water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, excellent performance;
4. The adhesive layer has excellent physical mechanical properties after curing, strong toughness and a certain degree of elasticity.
Transportation and Storage
1. This product should store in a cool and dry place, storage period is 12 months. If storage period exceed 12 months, the product should be tested, if the physical and mechanical properties meet the standard requirements, you can still continue to use it;
2. This product is non-toxic, belong to non-dangerous goods, transport as a general chemical building materials, and should not damage the package, exposure, or rain, not tilt or invert in transportation.
When you use them you should mind that
1. Prepare to use immediately, use up in the applicable period;
2. If the drum adhesive packaging component A and B did not use up, the lid should be covered respectively, the adhesive should not expose in the atmosphere long-term;
3. The construction environment should be kept ventilated during primer construction, open flames should be prohibited, the construction workers should take productive measures;
4. The primer was stored in closed container, kept in a cool environment, sunlight and high temperature should be avoided;
5. If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.
