Scope of application:

Feathers of the machine:
1.There is a 200x2000mm rotary attachment on the 1300x2500mm working area table.It makes the machine can both process the panel materal and cylinder.
2.The lathe is founded by high-quality steel and upright, support plate, using aluminum cast process that ensures the high stability.
3.Driving rail adopts original Taiwan imported 25mm square lead rail.
4.Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI original coarse pitch precise rubbing screw rod, high precision transmission
5.Imported high performance transducer, high frequency electronic anti-jamming system.
6.Y axis uses double-motor in-phase drive that ensure the machine equality and smoothly running.
7.Principle spindle adopts 4.5kw water cooling motor made in China, which is very powerful and with little nosie. It can work continuely without maintaining.
8.Intelligent protection for working table that can prevent misuse of software errors from damaging the surface. Its protectiong of step beyond the boundary avoids crashing while design area beyond processing area.
9.equipp with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.
10.cable adopts YC numerical control machine shielding line, can reciprocate eight million times.
11.Advanced industrial controlling system is compatible to many dictate formats that can operate after accident or next day processing so it is very convenient.
