1,JIUHUA battery series is equipped with a regulated valve to keep its pressure in a suitable limit, it also prevents the electrolyte from absorbing the CO2 in the air. This ensures the battery not need to replace the electrolyte during the operation. The battery is characterized with long life, strong construction, low self-discharge, wide operating temperatures , high reliabilities and resistance to over change and discharge. The batterys maintenance interval may be 1-4 years at the various float charge voltages.

Efficient venting system automatically release excess gas when the pressure rises above the normal level & reseals the valves when it returns to the normal rate, which can protect the battery from bursting.
3, Structure:
1. Container/Cover: Made of UL94HB and LU 94V-0 ABS Plastic
2. Negative Plates: Use the special PbCa alloy grids, optimize the recombination efficiency and less gassing.
3. Separator: Import high quality AGM separator.
4. Positive Plates: PbCa grids minimize corrosion and prolong life.
5. Terminal post: Cooper material with maximum conductivity, enhance the high current rapidly.
6. Vent Valve: Allows the release of excess gas automatically for safety.
