Since 1995 we are engaged in forgings of auto parts, tractor parts, combine parts, rings, gears and flanges as per requirement of our client around the globe. we have complete forging machinery (i.e. Drop forge hammer, presses, sheerings etc) in house including complete and modern tool room for making dies and fixtures. We are ISO 9001:2008.

We currently use steel like 20mncr5, 16mncr5, SAE 4140, SAE8620, SAE1020, Mild Steel, SAE 1045, ST52.3, Low Carbon, EN8D, EN9, EN18, EN19, EN24 Etc in our forging press depending upon the requirement of client and application of forged part. We go for pre forging testing of steel so as to ensure quality of forged parts.

Along with the forging we have complete facility for turning and hardening of the component if required by the client. Moreover we could do forging as per special design and requirement of client.
