- About Payment
- We accept payment via Escrow, Alipay, Western Union or PAYPAL. Pease contact us for instructions if you want
- to pay in other ways or want to buy more quantity.
- Full payment must be made within 5 days of placing your order.
- About Shipping
- Normally, we ship the goods via EMS or our own forwarder by courier. If clients want the goods to be shipped by DHL,FedEx or TNT, Please contact us in advance.
- For Belgium, Netherlands and some other European countries, we recommend DHL or TNT shipping or our special airline
- As all wheels are hand built in our own workshop, we normally need lead-time 5-7 working days upon your order confirmation.
- If we could not meet this lead-time, we will contact you in advance. Tracking numbers will be provided once wheels are sent.
- Warranty Policy
- Warranty:
- All products we sell in our store are in good quality and under strict quality test before shipment.
- We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.
- We promise warranty for quality in 18 months. We will repair or replace it free of charge if defective part
- was found in 3 months. You will only need to pay the shipping cost if the defects found after 3 months and
- whtin 18 months.
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.
- The following improper use will void your warranty
- 1 Crashes and accidents
- 2 Misuse (off-road riding, jumping, trick riding, Cyclocross, etc)
- 3 Modification of wheels or Improper assembly
- 4 Tire pressure exceeding 140psi
- 5 Normal wear and tear
- 6 Improper follow-up maintenance or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
- 7 Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelset as sold
- 8 Damage or deterioration on the surface finish or appearance which has no effect on the function
- 9 Damages caused by natural disaster
- This warranty does not cover
- 10 Normal wear items (bearings, skewers, spokes etc)
- 11 Surface finishes and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc)
- 12 All other bicycle components
- 13 Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)
- Warning: If you do not follow these guidelines the warranty will be void.
- 14 Use brake pads for carbon rims only. Change brake pads when wear is indicated.
- 15 Use high pressure rim tape for clincher wheels.
- 16 Clean rim surface and brake pads before you use your wheels.
- 17 Exceed the maximum tire inflation pressure recommended. Road: 130psi; MTB: 65psi
- Return Policy:
- If you're not satisfied with our products, you can return it for a replacement or refund with the following limitations:
- · You have 90 days from date of purchase to return parts or accessoires.
- · Labor and shipping are not refundable. Shipping cost must be paid by buyer for a replacement.
- · Spoke orders are non-refundable and not replaceable if spokes have been customized by us or have been laced.
- · If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please take some pictures and contact us immediately so that we can
- promptly process for your return, replacement, and/or refund.
- · You need to contact us in advance for any return. Return without advanced notification will not be accepted

FAQ
1. How long my order will shipping if arranged payment ?
We have enough quantity for stock,normally 3-5days. Special order and hot salling season 15-20days.
2. Do you accept Paypal ?
Yes, we Paypal. Besides, we offer bank transfer and Western Union.
3.What kind of carbon do you use for the rims?
We use Japan Toray T700&T1000 carbon for the rim. High-temp resin( about 220 degree celsius)&Basalt on the braking surface for increasing stopping performance and durability. All rims are made from multiple ensities and tensile strengths of carbon for the different structures in the rim.
4. What kind of tests do you do for your rims? UCI? EN? CE?
Our testing is EN 14781 standard. Besides,we are supporting to do UCI and other testing for your brands.
5. Does your company offer painting and decaling service?
Yes, we have the proessional designers for your painting and decaling. You only need sent us your idea or logo pictures. We will produce the drawing to confirm before putting on the rims. And senting pictures to confirm before shipping.
6.How about your shipping? And how many days can I get the packages after payment?
About shipping, mostly are shipped by EMS. And TNT, DHL,UPS are options. Besides, we have some
special airline to Europe.
About arriving days, Usually, about 7days to US,CA and Western Europe by EMS,About 3days to
Europe by TNT,DHL,UPS and our Special airline.
