Bander 888 Solid Wood Floor glue
1) Application Area:
Bander 888 Floor Glue is applicable for various kinds of solid wood floor with diversified porous construction materials.
2) Product character
Of high viscosity, high strength, low moisture and high elasticity;
Simple construction and economical dosage. To be applied by means of dispensing;
Its film adhesive is durable and applicable to wood heating floor.
Solventless and environmentally friendly, It is implemented by the GB18583-2001 and solventless, environmental friendly.
3) Component, water-based Acrylic ester, Additives, water, adhibit-adding resin
4) Technical Specification:
(Temperature: 20-25, Relative Humidity: 48%-55%)
Glue Airing time : about 3-5 minutes
Walkable: about after 24 hours
Consumption: Every KG can cover 4-6 SQM
Color: Buff
Valid period: 12 months.
Surface Preparation:
The surface must be hard, sound and free of dust, dirt and crack. And the surface must be deal with by the standard operations
After the disposal of the vacuum cleaner, please choose the bander primer and the self-levelling cement to deal with the surface again. On the condition that the primer and the self-levelling cement is completely dry, it is time to use the bander floor adhesives.
Instruction:
1) The glue is spread evenly on the ground base by using the suitable scraper (B11 suggested). The glue can not be coated too much once time; the glue also can be coated in punctuate, or in striation.
2) Pave the solid wood floor on the glue layer. When the worker paves the solid wood floor, please move slightly and knock the floor to assure the glue sticking result.
3) Insert the chock to make the 15 mm clearance between the wall and the solid wood floor. After the paving, please remove the chock at once.
Important Indications
1) The glue can be kept in 12 month on the condition that the temperature is 3-50 and relative humidity be under 75%. The opened barrel has to be closed and used it out as soon as possible.
2) The best installation condition: Temperature 20-25, relative humidity be under 75%. The too high and too low temperature can affect the glue paving and solidifying time.
3) If the wood humidity and air humidity is meet with the related standard, and the weather is good, 24 hours after the solid wood paving, please ground and table the floor.
4) Attention: after the solid wood floor, whose wood humidity is not meet with the related standard, may bulge.
Heath Data:
Solventless, not inflammable and without special protection in the right construction.
Castoff disposal
It is not allowed to let the left glue directly, has to be deal with by the special castoff, and the empty barrel can be recycled.
