Bander 380 PVC Floor Adhesives
1) Application Area:
Bander 380 is applicable for the various kinds of sheet or tile compound (foamed or fiber base) PVC floor. Bander 380 is suitable for inorganic absorptive basal layer.

Bander 380S is applicable for the various kinds of PVC backer, foamed backer and fiber backer, as well as rubber and polyolefin coiled materials and block within 3 mm in thickness for floor, wall, and staircase. Bander 380S is suitable for diversified absorptive and non-absorptive floor basal layer.

Surface Preparation:
The surface must be hard, sound and free of dust, dirt and crack. And the surface must be deal with by the standard operations
After the disposal of the vacuum cleaner, please choose the bander primer and the self-levelling cement to deal with the surface again. On the condition that the primer and the self-levelling cement is completely dry, it is time to use the bander floor adhesives.
Instruction:
1) The glue is spread evenly on the ground base by using A2/A3 scraper. The glue drying time is made by the Weather, ground surface absorbency and the glue coating quantity, etc.
2) Pave the PVC floor, and the PVC floor paved area must be brush press. After 20 minutes, the area has to be roll press or brush press once again to assure the adhesive working result.
3) The not dried left glue can be wipe out by the wet dishcloth or the washed by the water.
Important Indications
1) The glue can be kept in 12 month on the condition that the temperature is 3-50 and relative humidity be under 75%. The opened barrel has to be closed and used it out as soon as possible.
2) The best installation condition: Temperature 20-25, relative humidity be under 65%. The too high and too low temperature can affect the glue paving and solidifying time.
3) The glue airing time: wet-stick way , 10-20 minutes for the absorptive ground layer; dry-stick way, 120 minutes for the inabsorptive ground layer.
Heath Data:
Solventless, not inflammable and without special protection in the right construction. If the glue spatters to the eye, please wash the eye by the water at least 15 minutes.
Castoff disposal
It is not allowed to let the left glue directly, has to be deal with by the special castoff, and the empty barrel can be recycled.
