Product Features
1.The machine bodys are welded with thick wall steel pipe, the treatment of hi-tempering ensures no defomation, good rigidity and high strength. 2.The key mechanism of machines are assembled with precision parts and Japan-made hi-torque servo motor,which featurs running stability,low noise,hi-speed and positioning precision.
3.The air-cooled ATC spindle made in Italy makes machines durable, hi-precision,stably running, and the machines are configurated with imported tool magazine,special tool setting table can compensate tool length error precisely.
4.The table-board of double cavity type adsorption is of hi-strength milled Bakelite,so absorption is higher.
5.Advanced imported system, split keyboard control,color LCD screen, powerful, functionl.
6.Powerful dust-aborpting system can ensure no dust-flying when production.
7.Driving mode Y hi-precision gear rack, XZ imported ball screw, XYZ guide rack, spare linear guide.
