2. How it works?

Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. and The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern.

3. Are there any self-cleaning devices on the sieving machine?

Yes, Bouncing/jumping ball or Ultrasonic system could be installed.

4. How many kinds of material are supported?

All stainless steel (201, 304, 316L) 

All carbon steel Q235A

5. What about the phase and the voltage?

0.12-0.55 kw single phase and three phase are both supported.

0.55-2.2 kw Three phase is just supported.

110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 450V, 480V are supported. (50HZ OR 60 HZ).

6. How long does the warranty last?

The warranty lasts 13 month (except for wearing parts: sealing strip, jumping ball and sieve mesh, etc.). Because the machine's usage life can very besed on uncertain circumstances.

7. Are OEM order and labeling services availiable?

Yes, OEM order and labeling services are supported. And we are seeking business partners throughout worldwide.

8. Whether the site visit is availiable?

Site visit is almost welcomed. Meanwhile, Navector will arrange the airport pick-up as per your schedule.
