SLCS series oxygen probe
Brief:
SLCS series oxygen probe is a comment equipment in heat treatment controlled atmosphere, can measure carbon potential effectively.
Has the advantages of fastresponse, high control accuracy, simple maintenance .etc.
Advantages:
(1)Zirconia head are welded together high aluminum tubes to form a whole, compared with lamellate and spherical zirconia head, it is non-removable, have better sealing performance and mechanical property.
(2)The internal and external electrode adopt noble metal alloy electrode, to improve the probe performance. The structure, output millivolt, internal resistance of this probe are similar with USA BARBER-COLMAN, MARATHON, can be compatible and substituted with each other. To date, there are already 200 sets furnace such as Ipsen, Aichelin,Chugairo using this SLCS oxygen probe for production, The customers have shown positive response to us.
Feature:
1.Can be used in various processing including carburizing,carbonitriding,supercarb,nitrogen-based atmospherecarburizing,protective atmosphere.
2. Good mechanical vibration resistance performance, can be used in pit type furnace, mesh belt furnace,multi-purpose box type furnace and various furnace.
3. Good sealing performance,high sensitivity, fast response speed, especially applicable for occasions where carbon potential control accuracy requirement is high.
4.Simple structure,convenient maintenance
5. Adopting nichrome for shell, prevents breakage caused by accidental impact.
6. All probe have automatic carbon removing function.
