Our silicone foam tubing has the properties of UV-resistant , flame-retardant,non-toxic , environmentally friendly and so on.Silicone foam tube/strip has the properties of non-toxic , environmentally friendly, high resilient, resistant to compression, does not deformation permanetly, UV-resistant , flame-retardant and so on.
Currently, we can offer five registered silicone foam products of different qualities and prices to meet requirements of different customers:
First, the high temperature type : high temperature silicone foam tube section , with high resilience , stretchability, tear resistance and particularly heat resistance, can work within or above the range of 280 Celsius in long-term , are mostly suitable for use in special high temperature resistant products.
Second, the low-density type : low-density silicone foam tube section , these products are mostly tubular and has a good elasticity, tensile strength and tear strength , compressible and variability, density can be lowered to 8-35 Shore C, meet high demand for special sealing material hardness
Third, the general grade : good resilience, tensile, , compressible and variability, low density, qualified dimensional tolerances ;
Fourth, the general mid-range : elasticity , tensile , tear , compression are worse than the general grade, and the density is slightly larger than the general grade , not very qualified dimensional tolerances ;
Fifth, the general low grade : elasticity , tensile , tear resistance and compression are worst, the highest density , the tolerance range is extremely wide. But the price is lowest.
For industry or field : widely used in home appliances, electronics, lighting , electrical , machinery , equipment and so on.
