• Our unique patented technical structure in combination with modular design, substantially reduces welding workload and simplifies processing work to meet the needs of quick batch production;
• With unique V-shape arrangement, MDF wiring rack facilitates jumper wire maintenance for wires in the same zone without rotating internal and external wire racks to fully prevent bonding wires from becoming loose;
• The cabinet is compatible with two arrangement requirements, i.e., wires coming out of the front of the main unit or the back of the main unit;
• Compatible air channel design.enables compatible switching between 2 temperature control systems, i.e., heat exchanger and industrial A/C unit;
• Key equipment compartment, temperature control compartment and wiring compartment are independent of each other to avoid unauthorized maintenance;
• Integral antitheft design. After cabinet door is closed, there is no removable fastener or opening exposed outside; concealed hinge is provided on cabinet door and concealed antitheft structure is provided at the pedestal to effectively prevent artificial damage;
• Door lock is located outside waterproof edge, thus reducing waterproof requirements in cabinet lock design; where it is required to provide shielding for cabinet, it is not required to provide shielding lock hole;
• The entire unit meets IP55 requirements in protection rating;
• Flexible design to fully meet customers specific needs and accomplish customization.
