2. What are your main products?
A: We are specialized in designing and making real horn buttons, corozo buttons and resin buttons. Other buttons can          also be provided

3. Can we get samples from your side? Any Charges?
A: Good question.
     If the samples you asked for are in stock, normally 10 pcs, we can provide you for free, or we can provide you our          

     product lookbooks.;
     If for your customized samples, we will charge according to your quantity you ask for and the crafts.
     Freight fee is on Consignee’s duty

4. Can I get the samples of my own designs before the production?
A: Yes, of course. Before production, we will confirm everything from both side, so sending out the customized samples to you are needed.

5. How can we get a quotation? 
A: Please kindly provide the full specification of the buttons, like sizes, thickness, pictures, laser requirements, materials      etc, so that we can give you the quotation by email, trade manager or Wechat.

6. What’s your delivery time?
A: Normally, 15 to 20 days for real horn buttons;
                           10 to 15 days for corozo buttons and resin polyester buttons.
