Our Services:
1) If you don’t like our dinning table color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don’t change the color.
2) Customization(OEM) table is accepted ---- Our factory have the Qualified Designer Team.They can design according to your drawings or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before order.Please kindly contact our sales staff for quotation.
3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.
4) For checking the dining table quality ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the table quality before order, we have above 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also send QC to checking goods . Or we will check the table quality and send photos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to loading.
Trade Information:
1. Payment term: by T/T or L/C
T/T: 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment; L/C: L/C at sight
2. Min Order Quantity: normally is one 20ft container, 10sets of each item; several items mixed
small quantity is acceptable for trial order.
3. Lead time: about 20-35 days for 1*40HQ after sending deposit.
4. Sample order: sample is available for customer to check the dinning table quality
We will charge double price for sample, but will return back after ordering.
5.Guarantee: We guarantee the quality.
For damaged and missing items, we will send replacement after getting related details, such as photo or video.
6. Package & Carton: all tables packed in KD,chairs is semi-KD(meaning the seat cushion is un-fixed).Use 5- layer K=A 210pounds export standard carton. Your shipping marks can be printed on carton.
