Q6:How to use the bottle for first time,can you send me some advise?

A6: Here some warm tips for you:

1.Please fill warm water for 5 minutes to remove the plastic taste in new products comes 

the first time we used.

2.To ensure the health, please cleaning cup regularly.The best cleaning is to simply 

rinse your bottle with warm water and a mild detergent. 

Alternatively, the bottle can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. 

For the best performance we recommend rinsing the cup after every use.

3. Dishwasher and Microwave safe & heat resistant.

A1:10000pcs,any small trial order is welcome like 5000pcs. but the price is a 

little highly,you know,the price is based on quantity!

Q2: What is the sample lead time &production lead time?

A2:the stock sample 1 day,making sample 7-10 workdays after received your sample charge.

   The production lead time depend on your order quantity,about 15-20 days based

on MOQ.

Q3:The stock sample & making sample charge can be refundable?

A3:The stock sample cost will be refundable once you place an order.The making sample cost

will be refundable if the order quantity can meet the request.
